Introduction

This policy has been developed for the purpose of stating the policy of our organization as regards the refund of payment on any goods bought and returned to our organization. We know that there may be some situation where our customers may want to return some goods because of some reasons known to them which may be as a result of mistaken selection, change in product, unfit products or other reasons whatsoever, therefore, it is important to state our policies as regards the refund of payment on these returned or cancelled orders.

Time of refund

Our refund policy only works within 30 days. In any case that your purchase has surpassed 30 days, our organization can not offer you any form of exchange or refund.

Eligibility

The eligibility for return and refund is that the item you have purchased must be unused and be in the same condition that it has been delivered to you. Most importantly, it must be in the original package it is when it was delivered to you. In completing the return of the purchase to the organization, we require that the receipt or other proof of purchase be included. For no reason should any purchase be sent to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Immediately we receive your purchase, it will be inspected and an email will be sent to you to notify you about the receipt of the item you have returned. The notification on whether the refund will be approved or rejected will also be sent to your email.

If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or through your original method of paying for the item within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

In any situation where you have not received your refund after the specified days, check back your account again. If it is not there, contact your credit card company because it may take them some time before they officially post your refund. Then contact your bank, because, it sometimes takes them some processing time before they post refunds.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
